- Temperature Control:
With rising energy costs, it is important to heat and cool our homes when we are actually there to need the comfort. Traditional
thermostats have to be moved manually but deluxe programmable thermostats saves energy and deliver precise comfort control
– automatically, keeping your home at the temperature you choose. These thermostats “learn” how to
keep you comfortable and maximize your energy savings.
 - High quality
registers and grilles: These components are engineered to deliver the maximum air flow into the room and are
designed to mix the air properly within the room, creating increased comfort by eliminating hot or cold spots and greatly
reducing the air noise level.
- The Wet Switch: This solid state device is designed to detect the presence of water overflow in your HVAC
system. Upon sensing moisture, the Wet Switch will turn the system off to help prevent damage.
- ICM and SCMPLUS: The ICM protects your HVAC equpment
from over and under voltage, rapid short cycling and power interruptions. The SCMPLUS protects from extreme power surges caused
by nearby or direct lightening hits.
- Trane AC Covers: This vinyl cover gives your Trane AC unit complete protection from
UV light, anti-cold crack, fire retardant, and mildew and fungus free. The molded plastic vent allows air to circulate freely
